Federal leases are public land. Look up the OCS Lands Act.

You mean title 43 and it’s jurisdictional claims? Along with its LHWCA overlay for fixed structures and it’s weird use of 905(b)? Exclusive jurisdiction (1331) and choice of law (1333)? Herbs Welding? Rodrigue? The Tennessee Gas but for test?
The more recent decisions out of the Eastern saying the Direct Action statute is not imported to the Shelf? The PLT decision applying LOWLA on the Shelf?

Yeah. I’m familiar.

That’s why I said “land.” Not seabed.

bullshite. For better or worse the economy runs on fossil fuels. There will be no solar aircraft and electric cars are overwhelmingly charged by electricity produced by fossil fuel. This pie in the sky renewable energy ruse is a farce to appease the most extreme of morons.

It's not dead at all, but I do see more of them investing in alternative energy sources which I find fascinating.
