Following the more than two-hour virtual hearing, Judge Roseann Ketchmark issued the ruling Wednesday that denied the College of the Ozarks in Point Lookout, Missouri, a restraining order and a preliminary injunction, which would have provided temporary protection for the school while its court case is pending.
Ketchmark said the school's legal effort in the Western District of Missouri would not protect the college from any liability related to unfair housing allegations.
According to the lawsuit filed in April, the Biden administration was forcing religious schools to violate ideological beliefs by opening dormitories and bathrooms to members of the opposite sex, under subject of punitive damages, six-figure fines, and legal fees, Springfield News-Leader reported.

What else can be expected from Groping, Sniffing Pedo Joe and Kamala the Ho?

Shame on this Judge, not respecting the religious expression of the college.

May all Christians and people of faith unite in prayer so that God deliver us from this injustice.

Ah, so much for separation of church and state. I guess it only matters when it's the other way around.

The Biden administration’s discrimination guidance came down after the Supreme Court ruled last year in Bostock v. Clayton County that the Civil Rights Act of 1964 meant an employee could not be terminated on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity, because that is a form of sex discrimination.

The ruling was 6-3, with Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. and Justice Neil M. Gorsuch joining the liberal wing of the court.

Gorsuch and Roberts embarrassed themselves, and the court, with that ruling.

So kick the one tranny out of the school for violating the school doctrine.

You have the right to refuse service for any or no reason, like a vaccine or a mask right?

This. The Church must be told what is acceptable by the state but the state cannot be told what is moral by the Church.

This godless government is all about exerting power. May God grant repentance to His elect and damn those who refuse to submit themselves to the lordship of Christ by faith.

Starship Troopers is proving to be much like 1984 in predicting the future.

Remember the co-ed showers?

And their uniforms certainly took some style from the Nazis....

So taking federal grants means you surrender your consituutional rights? Now do welfare receipients. Is that the US you want to live in?

As a guy who went to a Christian school where we had to put a coat hanger on our door to leave it open if we had a girl over, and never allowed to stay past 1 am, I fully support this

Gorsuch maybe. But to embarrass one's self requires at least some pride (in the positive sense) or shame, both of which Roberts lacks.

Does the DOJ have such a surplus of resources that they've run out of actual wrongs to right, instead of creating new ones?
