The DOJ said this was near complete and ODNI was presented as the gatekeepers and not some leftist Schiff for brains.
This is insane. Are these the records Judge Aileen ordered to the special master & not the "classified" ones? Since it is DNI they have to be the ones the judge allowed to remain & not go to the special master, or no?

No, I am not sure. The democrats got a treasure trove of oppo research from raiding a former President's home is all I am sure of.
They will probably also farm out the oppo research to other establishment R's.

Aside from the question of who will serve as special master, Trump’s legal team and the DOJ are apart on the scope of duties the individual would have. Lawyers for Trump want the special master to review “all seized materials, including documents with classification markings,” but the DOJ said it does not believe the individual should be permitted to review any classified records or consider potential claims of executive privilege.

So the DOJ has gone from threatening the judge with an appeal to the 11th then backing off the threat because they found out from Harmeet Dillon on TV that an interlocutory judicial order is not appealable to now agreeing with one of Trump's selections of a SM.
It sounds like they are trying to speed up the process and trying to get the judge to order a timeline to finish the SM duties before the midterms. They need to get the indictment in before the midterms because after the midterms Trump will declare for 2024 presidency and then it looks like political targeting even more (which it is).

Well let’s look at the recent past…they made shite up out of whole cloth to lie about Trump and NOBODY has paid a price. Now they have docs in hand to lie about, misrepresent, and yank out of context on top of their phantom crap they’ve already worked on. This is totally sick and will keep happening until others unite to end this crap.
