I suspect that somebody kicked him in the nuts so hard that they've ended up in his chin....just guess'in, mind you.

He's had so many facelifts that it's starting to look very unnatural. This is why you don't have cosmetic surgeries for the course of multiple decades.

Mickey … much photographic evidence exists, indicating something is not normal.
If you’re inclined, simply search Biden’s chin on X (and click “latest).
You can certainly choose to question the validity of the images and videos—there’s nothing wrong with being discerning—but the evidence is vast and comes from varying sources.
