The SPR cannot function as designed by the legislation to build it. Refineries use different grades of crude than stored except in Hawaii. PLUS, all the pipelines to distribute inland have all been reversed to bring needed Canadian Heavy and Bakken down to Gulf Coast refineries.

There's a provision that allows the gov to not have to purchase any oil - if I remember correctly - when oil companies pull oil out of the ground, instead of taxes, they just deliver oil to the SPR.

All you have to do is let them drill. Good the economy, refills the SPR.

This is undoubtedly the worst administration in the history of this nation. They are deliberately sabotaging the country.

Is the reserve empty? About two months ago Republicans said it was empty.

Are we out of diesel fuel? Right before the midterm elections Republicans said we would be completely out of diesel fuel by thanksgiving.
