Ronald and the GOP should have had a lawyer on standby.
But those cowards will just run to Fox and cry.

In March, President Biden signed an executive order that is being used by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to authorize using federal dollars to set up voter registration drives in certain public housing developments, including the use of ballot drop boxes.
Can this be challenged? Sounds like it should be....taxpayer dollars to facilitate questionable voting practices.
Man do I hate Biden and this adminisatrtion

Ok , when do the republicans challenge this and bring it to the courts ? Federal government does not decide on drop boxes for states . States make that decision .

quote:or better yet SCOTUS rule it unconstitutional since in a REPUBLIC each state is supposed to send it's representatives based on their own elections, conducted how they see fit, without the federal government overruling how they conduct those elections.
Or better yet we just need to not use these period. Vote in person or if there’s a damned good reason I guess do absentee voting but this mass mailing out ballots because of muh Covid or anything else has got to stop.
If a state votes to have drop boxes and wants to use federal properties or agencies they certainly can when decided by vote. But for the federal government to decide for those states it becomes a whole other thing that our founders specifically wanted to avoid.

The Republicans are practicing the baby fetal position under desks as we speak. They have to do it to avoid not upsetting the Democrats when they become angry.

States run elections. It's up to the states to police this.
Maybe that's part of why the gubernatorial races mean so much to them.
