not watching but it was supposed to be about an EO saying state law enforcement not being able to interfere with people crossing state lines to get abortions in states where it's legal, which local law enforcement would have no legal authority to prevent regardless. Just a giant virtue signal with midterms coming up.
However, he's also trying to push to get rid of the filibuster via executive order, which is just adorable.
