Just be warned… no matter how loud the voices in your head may be… no matter how special mom thinks you are….we are all laughing at you. You are the butt of the joke.

Proceed.

Feb 3 is the end of the 18 month extension given by Biden. TPS can (NOT MUST) be renewed for 18 months.

This judge is essentially saying the government MUST maintain their TPS status.

That is absolutely a foreign policy decision and completely at the discretion of the executive.

Trump should arrest this judge for an outright violation of the constitutional separation of powers and attempting to exercise the authority of the President of the United States.

Yeah but it’s probably racist because of Noem and according to noted legal scholar and message board savant SloFro that’s probably sound enough legal reasoning.

Judges overturn EO's all the time, well its time to go tit for tat.

This one has clearly exceeded her authority. This judge is telling the executive they MUST maintain the Haitians' TPS status despite this being a foreign policy decision clearly under the purview of the executive.

I'd tell the judge you don't have authority here and ignore her.
