He sounds like the nut (Andrew Joseph Stack) that crashed his airplane into the IRS building in Austin in 2010. He was also originally from the Bay Area too if my memory is correct.

By this time, I’m thinking that it might be good for a change. Bye to California, I’ll try Austin for a while. So I moved, only to find out that this is a place with a highly inflated sense of self-importance and where damn little real engineering work is done. I’ve never experienced such a hard time finding work. The rates are 1/3 of what I was earning before the crash, because pay rates here are fixed by the three or four large companies in the area who are in collusion to drive down prices and wages… and this happens because the justice department is all on the take and doesn’t give a frick about serving anyone or anything but themselves and their rich buddies.

What is a Bee Cave?
If it’s Bee Cave the city, that would mean his kids went to Lake Travis ISD. For reference, it’s where Baker Mayfield went and the HS has won 6 state championships.
If he lived off of Bee Cave rd closer into Austin then his kids went to Westlake HS. That’s where Drew Brees and Sam Ehlinger went. They just won back to back 6A state football championships.
Sounds like the dude is soy. Hope he took a few of his friends back to CA with him.

The "oppressive" heat — and the wintry cold, humidity and allergens — were major sticking points for the new Texan. So was the perceived lack of public space.
Thats how I know he was never in atx.
...and he must not have been told that bee cave tends to be conservative before he bought.

Sounds like he should've moved to San Francisco, Seattle or Portland...instead of Austin. Since even Austin is considered too conservative for him.
To me, personally, Austin is too far left. Then again, I tend to think that about every major city.

Well, I have been here 2 years and find it great. The 1 problem other than 24/7 dallas cowpile conversation is the unwilling attitude to see democraps taking over....... it's almost here...texas our texas....my a$$
