PS - Jesse Watters asked Alan Derschowitz if he got any "mean looks" from Democrats during the impeachment proceedings. I thought Derschowitz would essentially laugh off the question, but he said he did receive "mean looks" and specifically called out Crazy Bernie. Bernie Sanders is a douchebag.

I certainly wouldn't characterize any of this as "disturbing" as there is an American precedent in FDR, as Sanders mentions. Chapter ten of the Soviet constitution goes over a lot more rights, most of which were ignored. It's just fear-mongering to relate it directly to the Soviets and somehow discount the American precedent in favor of the more obscure reading.
