some mayor in Washington or somewhere like that straight up said to a reporter that it was now OK to open bars and restaurants because the EC was counted and Biden is locked in. I shite you not.

The reason for it just dumb. When restaurants were fully open people still gathered at home. It could get worse because people that want to gather at home will be like hmm must be safe all restaurants are open.
