Old people do. My kids couldn't care less. My daughter has a friend who was adopted by a lesbian couple. She's been to their house a few times. She asked the first time she went over there why she had 2 moms, and we just told her sometimes two women or two men love each other and get married. Hasn't asked anything since.

You, and many others in here, want to continue to group these people in a category because you don't like their choices. It appears to have nothing to do with helping anyone. Tell me I'm wrong, and if so, why.

LOL so you just disregard me saying they need help?

Ok dude.

Thats my point behind it not being normal. Usually when things aren't normal with a person they get help.

The issue is people who dont view it as normal see it as they need help.

The people who view it as normal have made the decision that it is normal therefore no help needed.

I know lots of gay people. Some are fairly normal in the sense that they are clear on who they are, accept it and live their life.

There are others who have a real struggle with the urges. More as if they wish they didn't have those urges. There are also the social issues that go along with it such as family, friends, etc.

I'll say it again, I'm pretty sure Le Fou has always been gay so I agree.

Kinda hard to take you seriously

No I refute that social perception of gay's is the "only" reason for the mental issues data.

I dont know whats not clear about that to you. All gays are totally not the same.

I didn't say it was the only reason. But you did admit it was one.

So if normalization helps with some of the mental issues, what is the problem again?

You are talking in circles.

Absolutely.

So far, you've only said "they" need "help." It has nothing to do with actually wanting to help anyone based on anything you've posted. You simply think it helps your point that "they" aren't "normal." It doesn't.

So, what should we do to help "these" people?

Disclaimer: I think you're talking out of your arse on all of this.

Im talking in circles? LOL you just said its not the only issue.

SO why are their other issues and what are they?

If you normalize it, why investigate something that is normal?

See my point?

Impossible. I was told that she'd be indoctrinated and kids sit and think about these things regularly.

Its things like this that TRULY make me appreciative of the fact I have no kids to worry about. I cannot fathom trying to raise children in this world right now with all the indoctrination going on everywhere you see. I just don't know how you can raise them with values other than what's being relentlessly pumped in their heads everywhere they turn.

Yes.

Could be a number reasons, including reasons that having nothing to do with the fact that they are gay.

I do believe the perception of not being normal is the overwhelming cause though

Normal people also have mental health issues

Then say that. This is part of the problem. You're conflating several different groups of people.

I think the indoctrination occurs the other way. She has another friend whose parents won't let go to their house.
