The government is too distracted and hampered by Brexit.
Brexit may kill Britain if allowed to continue.
They confirmed this claim by interviewing Iranians who agreed and mocked Britain for wanting to leave the EU.

Is it fair to say that Britain continuously cutting the Royal Navy since the 90s has limited their capacity to deal with this event?
I know they have two carriers coming on which will once again provide them with at sea force projection and naval aviation but it is still a fact that the Royal Navy right now is a fraction of its former self.
