This is why Livingston and Ascension parish are booming right now. It is also why Mandevile and Covington (st Tamany parish) is doing so well. The white people get enough and move to a better place. The blacks ruin everything they touch. look at NOLA, Chicago, South Africa, Rhodesia etc.
