Hispanic or Latino 4.1%
You are a minority if you are white and live in the City of Baton Rouge.
Y'all honkeys need to start some sort of social justice political group or something to fight for you rights and equal share.

Proper city of BR demographics have been majority black for years. No longer annexing new neighborhoods after 1984 has that effect in the long term.
Parish totals are tipping white but that is probably changing with people leaving for Ascension, Livingston, and West Feliciana.
