You never argued it wasn't a correct jurisdiction, therefore, never questioned dear Judge Boasberg.
As far as illegal aliens rights. You actually fail again.
As 5 of the original illegal aliens of this case: were pulled from the planes manifest-- Because they were indeed allowed to show they were not gang members or otherwise dangerous criminals.

That's being litigated. I'm a "shall not" guy so I think they should, but we don't have USSC jurisprudence on that yet.
My personal opinion =/= a prediction in court ruling (I have to make that clear for the DKE crowd, who get confused, typically with the inverse scenario)

Federal law makes it a crime for an illegal alien to possess a weapon. The circuits are split on the constitutionality of the statute and the Supreme court just denied writs, so we wait until the Supreme Court decides to resolve the split.

But Boasberg had no jurisdiction. Nor the right to tell anyone to turn planes around. He's a black robed dictator trying to assume powers that he doesn't have.
Correct me if I am wrong but lost in all this is maybe the inference that District Court judges don't have the power to make sweeping nationwide orders.
