Yeah asking a stupid question that's a tad racist is amazing.

Grow up snowflake, the question was not racist, it was perfectly legitimate. Of course you libs wouldn't know legitimacy if it bit you square on the arse so I'm likely wasting my time on a damn fool.

had it been a black anchor asking that about white males this board would throw a shite fit

But it wasn't. You can't deny the common denominator regarding many of our large cities and the problems they face.

The question the fired newscaster asked:

quote:

'We've had three female, African American mayors in a row. They were all passionate public servants. Two resigned, though. Is this a signal that a different kind of leadership is needed to move Baltimore City forward?' she asked.

Well the question seemed to imply that black women were the cause of Baltimore's woes, when infact, its liberalism.

I noted that as well.

Probably some twitter warriors got all up in arms.

The intent behind the question was legit, but because she was trying to walk on eggshells she actually worded it in a very awkward way.

She likely would have been fired no matter what, but she should have been more direct with the point. "Do you think electing city leaders based on identity has been a bad idea?"

Are you PMS'ing?

The left goes crazy if people don't ask things exactly how they want them to be asked. Glad you are cool with it though.

What the hell do you mean "had it been"? Black anchors are always interjecting race into their diatribes. You Don Lemon much? I'm sure you do.

Maybe she should have asked, do you think it's prudent to keep repeating our mistakes time and time and time again or should we look for new leadership?

Personally, I love the way she asked the question the first time, but the people can't handle the truth when it invades their safe spaces.

It was a dumb question. Not that she doesn't have a point, but it should have just been something like "Democrats that don't resonate with more of the city" or some other inane version of saying the same thing.

It was a dumb question, but if we're going to start firing people in the TV news business for being dumb, who is going to be left?

Wow,

that was a lot less than I expected.

She is fired for saying the last 3 mayors were the same demographic and did not help the city, do you think we should try a new demographic.

To you idiot lefties, I wouldn't give a frick if the last 3 mayors were white males and someone asked this.

Holy shite this is much ado about nothing.

Brown skin is truly untouchable, and apparently unquestionable.
