Kari Lake sent out a press release yesterday highlighting critical findings from the lawsuit she filed on Friday, seeking to nullify and overturn the election or hold a new election free from conflicts of interest.

Unfortunately I'm not certain of that. I have little faith in anything the government touches, including and probably especially the judicial system.
But I really am at the "put up or shut up" point. Tons of circumstantial evidence has been presented to other courts. Overwhelming, in fact. They made entire documentaries about it... so surely mistakes were made that left behind evidence that some court, somewhere, would actually admit, right? I've no doubt that very specifically targeted fraud in key areas has been rampant for years if not decades. But they just aaaaalmost meet the criteria for "admissible evidence", but noooot quite...
Why? It's almost as if those presenting the evidence are deliberately letting out just enough to piss people off, but not enough to actually change things.

IMO, you’ve seen the evidence they have. It’s all either entirely circumstantial or relies on implications and policital narrative. That, or it cannot meet the evidentiary standards required to be submitted to the court.
I agree with your overall point though. It simply cannot be that no one has been able to find a court willing to recognize actual evidence. At this point, it’s become apparent that this actual evidence does not exist.
People saying that ballots just showed up is not evidence. They have to prove it. Show me the delivery scans. Show me the video of the delivery. List the ballots, their precincts, their pickup locations, and the given explanation for their late arrival. That none of this stuff ever comes out is telling. It means they don’t have it.
The legal presumption is always going to be that the election results are valid if procedure was followed. Real evidence is required to defeat such a presumption

Getting past the MTD is big. Get into discovery could make finding a paper trail much easier.
