Please explain to me where in that does it say Russia hacked our election.
It basically talks about manafort and his ties to Russia back to 2004.
And it talks about leaking info about Hillary.
So explain to me how those two things are rigging or hacking an election.
Google admitted to steering search results in favor to Hillary.
So again tell me how Russia installed Donald Trump.
