re: Austin’s $125M library has become unusable by the taxpayers who paid for it.

This is another reason libraries should be closed and taxes cancelled. People don’t go there because they have Internet and books are cheap.

Public libraries wouldn’t be a thing if the internet was around first .

Are you going to give these hobos shelter from the weather or is that just to be dealt with by the people who 1) had their money confiscated to fund the library, and 2) have legitimate reasons for going to the library?

Your neighborhood elementary school is also probably comfortable. You think maybe a few can hang out there?
