Obviously these rankings are subjective but most rankings have AL and even MS ahead of LA now.

Came here to say this. If that's their salary for a DI university director-level position, they need to be hiring a compensation director first.

That or quit paying so many 8 figure coaching buyouts

AU people keep bragging how conservative the university is, but they are constantly in the news for non-conservative things.

I've been trying to tell people this has been going on for decades when I first found they were bringing people over -- to run Laundromats and be 'stock boys'.
