maybe if 1 of the cops didnt shoot he shouldnt be charged, but shooting someone in the back is a bad look. at least one of them belongs in the pen.
he shot someone in the back because he got away from a 2 with tasers v 1. it would be completely retarded to just check the plates and get the guy later, better shoot him in the back while you have the chance.

I know nothing about use of force rules, but Dan Bongino has been going nuts over this and saying this was a textbook case where the use was justified.
