Why do they breakdown Protestants down into 3 categories on the left but only list Evangelical Christians at the top? Agenda maybe?

It explains that, literally, immediately below the chart. People self identified as to what they were (vertical axis) but were asked from a finite list (horizontal axis) as to their feelings.
