Only in the sense that I factor it into the equation when I vote, which is rare these days as my disillusion with the two party system continues to increase.

That being said, I'm also unusually conservative as far as non-believers go. I'm extremely fiscally conservative, am the only non-Christian I know who believes abortion should be illegal except in certain medically necessary cases and abhor the trend towards a welfare state. I'm politically more similar to a lot of Christians in some ways.

Perhaps the more salient question is do you promote separation of God and country?

this is much more baptists/non-denom. catholics are already basically isolating with all of their rules and what not

i don't know what he means, but there is nothing wrong with being politically active in getting religion out of government and its services

That sounds fun. I'm a little disappointed that I've missed out on these things in life.

Given that I don't believe God exists (or at least that the probability of him existing is exceedingly low) it's really a meaningless question to me TBH. It's like asking if I believe in the separation of fairies and country.

Religion is demonstrably real and thus can be discussed in this manner.

Well, at least that offer was extended to you. I was short and barely allowed in the gym to watch basketball games.

I really don't get why people always get in such a fuss over evangelism. The majority of Christians just do it in the course of normal conversation and are hardly ugly about it. Being invited to church or having people say they will pray for your conversion is hardly worth getting upset over.

I genuinely believed what they believe once, and I understand what it's like to believe you are genuinely doing them a service by telling them about Jesus.

Probability not excluding possibility, I take it your answer is "no". The association of God and Country is not problematic.

witnesses isn't bad. the next step is often bad, esp if you are in a super-majority religious area (which i grew up in)

luckily my close group of friends didn't give a frick, but you can easily become severely socially isolated and treated as a legit outcast

My answer is I have no answer because the question inherently requires a belief in God in order to be answered.
