But it has, Skippy. Are you not assuming the people talking about different scenarios here are wrong?

Nope. I'm saying that you're talking out of your arse and using ignorance to prop up your tantrums.

And by doing so you are talking out of your arse and using ignorance to prop up your position, because you don't know one thing more than anyone else. For all we know, he was a criminal a-hole that needed shot. What is being said is that IF you knock my door down at 6AM and IF I don't know who just knocked my door down, THEN the first one through the door is taking fire.

I guess you can suck it, if you don't understand that. Or come knock my door down at 6AM and see what happens.

If the report is true, I question the ATF’s competence. Who sends two officers to knock on some guy’s door before sunrise? It’s pretty well accepted that if LEO pays you a visit before sunrise, they’re bringing the whole gang, and they aren’t waiting for you to answer the doorbell.

Maybe they were there for a shakedown and things went south?

They had a lot of guys there but they are going to send a handful to process the initial stages of the warrant. They're not going to send like 10 guys like hype men were necessary

I haven't pretended that I do know.

You're a moron and can't follow a discussion.

You people are pretty fricking funny too. The facts are that the government showed up and the result was an immediate death sentence. Are you good with death sentences by the government, without trial? No? Then maybe the government could have conducted events in a way that made that eventuality less likely? Just saying.

Yeah, what am I thinking? The guy was just shot in the head. They weren't trying to kill him or anything.

I did. More than once.

You're full of shite...emotional...hubris...

Did you miss all that?

You are portraying how this all went down in a way that lets you get whatever insecurities you're latching onto off your chest.

Do you need more, or is that pretty clear?

Nope. Got it. Have you considered the fact that you may be wrong about these events, since you are so fricking wrong about nearly everything you have posted? No? Didn't think so.

I have repeatedly said we don't know what went on here. I have also repeatedly said that given the government (specifically the ATF's) penchant for playing the tough guy and overreaching their authority as evidenced by Waco and Ruby Ridge, that the events that happened here very well might have been conducted in a better way which didn't lead to bloodshed. We simply don't know what went on here. It is just as likely to have been a good shoot. But again, IF someone knocks my door down at 6AM, and IF I don't know who knocked my door down, THEN the first one through is taking fire. If that isn't perfectly reasonable and emotionless enough for you, then frick you.

This is most likely just poorly written but did Malinowski fire a weapon?

I'm not sure how I could possibly be wrong. I haven't asserted anything one way or the other, outside of pointing out that you don't know what happened and are making assumptions. I also correctly drew a parallel to how some responded to the dude in Utah.

There's nothing for me to be wrong about.

You have?

You seemed pretty confident of that, prior to being called out on it.
