At what point to do we finally start to hold the media accountable for their actions?

Covid cases were dropping before memorial day. Then they begin celebrating and cheering on mass protests that they know go against every covid guidelines they had pushed so hard for. Even worse they preached for months about how African Americans are more affected by covid yet it was brave and courageous for them to be out protesting/rioting

Fast forward a month and cases are up all over like you would expect from having thousands crammed shoulder to shoulder in the streets

This is exactly the outcome they wanted and here we are with the second shutdown looming over us that they are pushing so hard for

The media pushed hard for protests not because they cared about BLM or anything like that they wanted thousands out in the streets to bring on another wave because they just couldn't have covid go away before the election. Trump can't be allowed to campaign for any reason because that means Biden would have to campaign.

The media is the true enemy and until they are destroyed this country has no chance of survival. They've become that powerful

You are free to hold any media firm accountable by not watching/reading/following them.

Otherwise, when we repeal the First Amendment.

I think you have a generation of people that grew up with mostly trusted news organizations. You relied much more on traditional media to know what was going on. You had like 3/4 options and you got your news at the beginning and end of each day on tv as well as in the paper. It had to count a lot more because you only had that little slice of real estate to keep people informed.

Then you get the explosion of 24 hour news and the internet. Your real estate for content is essentially unlimited with those two things so you shove it full of as much content as you can find and if you can’t find it you just create it or skew the hell out of it until it’s interesting to enough people to justify to advertisers.

So these same people that grew up for a long tine with trusted media members then basically carries that trust through to all of this and here we are. They treat CNN/Fox News/whatever like it’s the gospel just like they did when they grew up with Walter Cronkite.

I personally don’t watch any cable news or any broadcast news anymore. I just don’t know how I can and trust what they say. I know now they’re biggest goal is get me to watch. Period. They’ll say anything to try and confirm my biases or inflame my opinions so I stay tuned in. I try and get my news from multiple online sources and just piece it together.

Not having trustworthy journalists absolutely sucks. I don’t want to be ignorant but I don’t want to poison my own mind either.

If CNN did not literally have a police station inside their building they would be burnt to the ground right now.

In other words, it's not long till the networks burn. Looking forward to the talking heads dragged through the streets and hanging from bridges/overpasses.

The best part is how they only show beaches and bars when reporting on the spike in cases. Never protest and riots

A few weeks ago the Democrat riots attacked the CNN, and I contemplated switching my party affiliation to the Democrats.

If only it were that simple. Media propaganda this strong is dangerous

True, but not that innocent. Why is it that all inaccurate reporting seems to go in one direction?

They will never be held accountable. It hasnt happened yet and the country continues to slide farther down the leftist rabbit hole.

As long as there are low IQ useful idiots out there who feel like listening to the media and spouting off their talking points makes them feel/sound intelligent there will never be accountability.

It is not media anymore. The Democrats have bought these companies and turned them into PR firms.

Why have we not had any wealthy Republicans buy back some of these stations or create new channels?
