Assuming this thing blows over, people going to be pissed at media

In 3 months from now when everything is mostly back to order and everyone isn't dead people will wonder WTF all the hysteria was about and realise the media was responsible for almost all of it.

The media will blame Trump. The media will always come out smelling like a rose. Amazing how much influence they have and how they control the narrative. When you control the narrative, you control the people. The media will move onto the next scary thing to keep people in fear and distraction.

This is like saying if a supercell doesn't spawn an F5 the blowback on the meteorologists should be huge.
Unless we find out that someone was hiding data from us, we know what we're dealing with and we know the threat (at least within the bounds of what's available in 3 months). Simple math calculations indicate that - in theory - this presents a major threat to a swath of the public and the HC system.
If this virus burns itself out in the heat, or has some other self-limiting thing - how are we supposed to know that?
Blame is an epidemic in this country on all sides.
