Ashli Babbitt’s Husband Sues D.C. Over Failure to Identify Officer Who Killed His Wife

Aaron Babbitt, the husband of Donald Trump supporter and Capitol rioter Ashli Babbitt, has sued the District of Columbia over what he says is the Metropolitan Police Department’s failure to respond to his request for documents and information about the investigation into his wife’s death. Babbitt has asked that his complaint be consolidated with a similar action filed by conservative legal group Judicial Watch.
Ashli Babbitt was shot and killed by a U.S. Capitol Police officer on Jan. 6, as Babbitt tried to climb through a window inside the Capitol building, where a pro-Trump mob was smashing windows and the kicking doors that stood between them and the Speaker’s Lobby.

Where’s JimmyJamJames to tell us that Ashli isn’t dead?

Ashli Babbitt was murdered. The DOJ covered it up. Plain and simple.

When did it become legal to shoot and kill unarmed civilians? She wasnt even under arrest.
Just in Georgia, the guy tried to shoot at the cops with a ‘deadly weapon’ as described by their own District Attorbey but yet the cops were arrested for murder?

Hmmm where else have I seen unarmed civilians shot and murdered?
Or does that only apply in this one instance?

Really?? You're saying this is the only times it's ever happened.
Well here I'll give you a really easy example.
Charles Kinsey (not killed) still shot unarmed.
Want me to start listing the killings?

Lol .. you think I don't know the outcome of that. That's why I used a very easy open and shut case. Where this guy was clearly unarmed and not being aggressive. Tell me again what was going on in the above instance that has you all up in arms?
Now as I eluded to, tell me again that there's never been an instance where an unarmed civilian was shot and killed and there was no punishment.
Oh and "Officer sentenced to probation, must perform community service, write essay"
Such the punishment

I’m unclear of the point you’re trying to make. I think you are, too.

He's (allegedly) suing for any hint of the investigation reports because there has been none released.
Less than 10 people in history murdered/killed at the Capitol - and NO REPORT?
This CONFIRMS my position all along - and could simply be an extension of the "They Shot a Girl" production from antifa, Pelosi, Schumer, and Jane Harman.
or by someone AGAINST those anti-American a-holes. or by them making it appear "someone" is against THEM.
Yeah, it is a CLOWNSHOW...
Noting there was no death warrant or investigation report and the propensity of Microsoft News saying "she was killed" is a follow-up mistake to your first 22 mistakes in this regard.
Don't bow to anti-Americans who work against your very existence

Nah it's real nice and clear ... Unarmed people are shot and killed all the time.
So what makes this time such a "tragedy" when from what I see, many times unarmed people being draws praise on here and love for the ones doing the shooting.

I think “all the time” is a bit of a stretch.

So it’s the hypocrisy of this board that bothers you and not the hypocrisy of the left in relation to this particular police shooting. Got it.

Remember when you said there was nothing out from the family indicating she was dead? I remember.

Because this board is openly racist and doesn’t hide it.

This is a little different than just 1 unarmed person being shot because they were stopped at a traffic stop. This is even different than 1 unarmed person resisting arrest.
She was 1 of dozens of people that had broken into the capital and then proceeded to continue breaking through a barricaded door where officers had guns drawn pointed at them.
If let’s say this was a riot with numerous police officers barricaded inside a Best Buy and several dozen black protesters tried to break down barricade and one started making their way through and got shot. Well I would have the exact same sympathy for them as I do her
Play stupid games and don’t comply then it’s on you.
