3. no, wrong. the ballots had to be postmarked by 8pm on election day to be accepted. they could be received up to three days after election day. and why shouldn't they be, the vote was cast on election day, if it takes a few days to clear the mail, so what, its a legit vote.

Damn so it should be the norm that we will never know who wins elections until minimum 3 days after, with those extra days to receive ballots? Doesn’t seem to jjive.
And with the concept of everyone receiving a ballot in the mail, how is it that the requirement of a photo ID could realistically play in?
