I 'member that one! Every now and then he would update his "Bottomless hole" with demonic sounds coming from it. That one was always creepy.

Yep. I remember that as well.

Back in the day, Phil hendrie would come on before art bell.

Pure comedy gold.

Took me way too long to figure out that show. Funny as hell.

Many nights when I couldn't sleep I'd get in the car and drive and just wait for that opening music. Also love it when out camping. Sit by the fire and tune in to C2C on my CC Pocket radio.

Experience this many times myself. On the same radio. Now I record old episodes on Tunein and listen when I’m out in the woods.

Kind of appropriate he died on a Friday the 13th.

I always liked listening to him back in the late 90's. The calls from 'John Titor', the 'time traveler' from 2030's, were especially bizarre. Art was truly a great late-night radio host.

RIP Art Bell

R.I.P Art! Job well done! Be a long time before someone even comes close to filling your shoes.

That was from around 2000/2001, correct? The stories on the show were always hard to believe, but that story was pretty detailed. It made for a solid science fiction story if nothing else.

That sounds about right. And I agree that the story would make a worthy science fiction novel.
