For those keeping score at home, we now have Means established for fraud.

IT baws: Is it safe to theorize that they're white-knuckling the routers and refuse to turn them over for examination because they know the traffic logs will show inbound international IP traffic?

Election routers are shared with other agencies in Maricopa county. Therefore, info is co-mingled with networks that DO touch the internet.

That definitely seems to be the implication. All valid IPs should be known and pretty uniform in number format. Anything external would be very apparent.
