but as it stands right now there doesn't seem to be any large ORGANIZED conservative organizations getting any kind to sustenance from USAID.

I'm sure there are payoffs to individuals for specific votes both ways - but I firmly believe MOST of all democrat CAMPAIGN funding comes thru these secret orgs in some way.

For instance - I suspect George Soros is not dipping into his personal retirement funding for all the largess he doles out for crooked prosecutor campaigns. He is being repaid (and profiting) handsomely for his 'donations'
