We need a true third party. The younger generation, including myself, have outgrown what the GOP stands on and for.

Whether you realize it or not, MAGA, is that third party. It isn’t your father’s GOP. Third parties have made some waves at times, but never made it to the shore. Trump was smart enough to realize that and instead of starting a third party, he hijacked an existing one. The Dem party is rotten to the core so he chose to hijack the GOP. The GOP was operating as controlled opposition to keep the middle class masses in line by letting them think they had a say. Establishment chose their battles and their GOP pols voted establishment on the issues most important to them. Trump woke up the silent majority and shined a light on the establishment making those eGOP declare their true selves. We are seeing a younger generation of basically good R politicians get elected. The establishment still has the numbers, but it is shifting. I just hope it shifts enough.

It could be genetic or maybe a parasite got in their brain. Something obviously crossed their wires.

The only "decent" democrats that I personally knew voted for Trump in this past election. The party left them a long time ago when it shifted far left (BLM, tranny stuff, etc...).

I have friends and relatives who are Dems and are good people, but their TDS has made them blind to reality. They have lost the ability to think for themselves and can do nothing but spout MSNBC talking points but can't explain WHY they support them. They will fall back on "Trump's a racist!" or "Trump's a felon!".

Brother the democrats from 20-30 years ago are just retiring now. Pelosi, Clinton, Nadler, Schumer, Reid, etc. Look at the fruit that tree has given us.

I’m not going to buy the premise that they are decent people when they’ve been actively slow walking us towards communism since FDR.

So the question is, what republican't is worth a shite?

Here's a test...randomly pick 5 republican senators and 5 democrat senators. Now list a few, say 5 or 6 hot items, that are harmful to our American values and research where each politician stands on the issue. Sure, there are bad republicans...but you will find the majority of them mean well.
Donald Trump has proven to us that a politician is not the best fit to run a country. A successful businessman or woman is probably a better choice.

No need in asking why he was the last Democrat you voted for.

In order to keep EVERY SINGLE DEMOCRAT in line, leadership has to use threats of one kind or another, whether its blackmail, harm to a loved one, the loss of a loved one's job, or lawfare like they did with Adams. There is no other explanation.

I will give you one other explanation. Establishment installs airhead idiots that don’t understand or really care about issues and just vote how they’re told in order to stay in the DC political lifestyle.

20-30 years ago a considerable number of current Democratic members of congress were in office then.

In 1981, median senator age was 51, now it’s 65.
HOR, 48, now 58.

The older they get, the more favors they get paid to give. They don’t give up that gravy train easily.

I decided this in 2017 when all this shite with Trump materialized. If two Dems are running against each other, I won’t vote that race. I, too, will never cast a vote for a democrat ever.

I agree with everything you wrote. I'm old enough to remember when it was the Democrats who were the "big tent" party where you disagree on many things and still be in the party. No more. It's the Republican party that is the big tent party now. You can disagree on many things, but as long as you sincerely love your country and want what's best for it... we can agree to disagree. That's what we have with Trump & RFK, Jr. as an example. I think it's great.

I could say the exact same thing you said about the Republicans.
The truth is we have become uninterested in listening to one another preferring instead to PWN the other side or bully them into submission.
Saying you would never vote for a Dem again (or me saying never to any Republican) is silly and just feeds into the same divisive narrative.

I was not a fan of Democrats before Bill Clinton, but his Presidency began the change of the party from something of a working-class party that was pro civil liberties, strongly anti-illegal-immigration, sort-of-hippie-ish-idealism, and distrustful of federal intelligence services.
Obama accelerated this change with the tying of politics to everything cultural: creating this stupid, vacuous, but educated white liberal - that will believe the stupidest shite imaginable just to signal that they are not a stupid, Christian, redneck.

Sadly, no. There were some before Obama. Any decent Dems have since switched parties or have disengaged altogether.
