Its not irrelevant when a woman says "it's my body". It's its own body.

We need more abortions, not less if we are going to continually have a welfare state. The idiots are out breeding intelligent people because they don't have to fully pay for their actions.

Instead of suggesting welfare reform, he suggested aborting babies. Talk about an extreme measure...

So is a potato. So is a tumor.

You can have whatever opinion you want, but you get no say in the decision. You never will.

A pregnant woman can be killed and the murderer catches a charge for the fetus

Great point.

Consistency in law is lacking here.
Regardless of my personal views, what do our law experts say is the justification for this?

A woman on her way to get an abortion by her choosing is killed in an attempted carjacking. The person that killed her is now on trial for her and the unborn child, yet she was on her way to have this unborn child aborted?

I have not read pages 3 through 16, or something like that, so I apologize if this has been addressed, but the question stands.

Welfare reform will never happen. The State wants more people dependent on the State.

The law is rarely consistent or logical. You learn to live with it.

Are the aborted babies really missed by individuals or society? It's unrealized potential.

HUman life isn't that special.

There are plenty of us walking around.

So you're cool with emergency contraception, but that's where you draw your line?
