Take a look at what the leaders of Christianity were saying only like 200 years ago. Christianity is vastly different than it used to be.

Bc they replaced a "relationship with Jesus" with "religion"

”pozzed"? This is a new one to me.
Had to research it.

Sin is now welcomed in churches.

Pretty pathetic.

I left the Lutheran church in 1993. I saw this coming a mile away.

If you or any of your up-voters are practicing Eastern Orthodox Church members, perhaps some of you might share with us your experiences with that religion, particularly if you are new converts. I think we'd be interested in your story.

I am former Catholic / ELCA by marriage for 25 years, and I have witnessed both churches go right off the cliff in my lifetime.

I've heard that since the 90's. It means positive for AIDS, which is what garbage like this promotes.

Churches and denominations which have abandoned the inspiration of Scripture are the ones dying rapid deaths. They are out of balance, they know it, and yet they would rather receive the applause of non-Christians than avoid ruin.

No. Not all of them. There's a guy that does a channel on Youtube called Lutheran Satire who is pretty good. He also writes for thefederalist.com, Hans Feine. You should definitely check out Lutheran Satire.

ELCA is terrible.
I personally dont even consider that denomination a real Christian church. It's now a social justice warrior group that has a veneer of "Christianity" on it.

The LCMS, WELS, ELS are other Lutheran bodies that are scriptually very sound.

At the end of the day it looks like the acronyms are winning.

I’m guessing membership is down.

What’s that old statement, “Any organization that is not explicitly conservative will become liberal over time”?

This is applying to churches at an ever increasing rate.

While you still have congregations who are conservative, you are getting a lot more leadership who are batshit crazy in various churches such as the Catholic, Lutheran, and Episcopalian churches.

The Episcopal church had been in the lead for a while now with the gay alcoholic bishop in New Hampshire but the Catholic and Lutheran churches have both said “Hold my sacramental wine.”

I am not EO. I have attended a service next door in Springdale a few times. I currently attend a conservative non-denom church. Needless to say we don't hold Queer Camps or fundraise for gender-dysphoria patients.

Honestly, apart from me not completely understanding Marian Veneration, the EO are great. Their Eucharist is a little gross to me as a germaphobe. I've never taken their communion.

I own a home here, and I'm to the point that I agree. It makes me angry. The past decade has been watching what was a REALLY nice town commit suicide via Progressivism. We have an anti-cop city government, and surprise, crime is rapidly increasing. Meanwhile, we are having to pay bonuses to get police to even join the department, which is terribly under-staffed.

The public schools used to be stellar. Fayetteville High sounds terrible lately.

When your mayor and city council openly proclaim your city is "too white" and sets goals to bring demographics "more in line with (insert city here)", you're fricked.

The people here are getting exactly what they've voted for. I haven't voted for any of the shitbags at city hall a single time.

You cannot get worse than the Communist church, Unitarian Universalists. No, it is not the same as the Unitarian church that Ben Franklin was a member of.

Today satan-aligned operatives have infiltrated most mainline protestant denominations. The beast is working to flip the Vatican now.

Read your Bible daily. All this is prophesied in the New Testament. By their fruits, you will know them. Plus God gave us a clear standard to live by. Then He sends His son to reaffirm that standard. That standard is the Ten Commandments.

You know that things are going to hell in a handbag when the husband of the female preacher devorces her because he walked in on that female preacher enjoying getting banged by her pet Great Dane dog.

The Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS) is still conservative. I find the ECLA is more liberal-female pasters, etc.
