Otherwise the argument is Trump is Bukele's bitch
Whether that is true or not, is irrelevant.
The judicial cannot force the executive to force a sovereign nation to act.
The use of the term “facilitate” was not accidental, and it was even in quotation marks.
“I asked, he said no” that’s the end.
He’s an El Salvador citizen in an El Salvador prison accused of being in a gang, which is illegal in El Salvador.
The idea that he would be released to a foreign nation is silly.
Would we do similar? No, we would not.

"Maryland father" was pure coincidence right?
You don't have to be wrong and stupid about everything, but you for some reason are.
It's a conundrum.

I mean, it's like the first day of law school for almost everyone across the country.

Besides the wink/wink clerical error, which one are they ignoring?

Moonbats?
Anyone not retarded enough to think a court can grant itself authority not present in law.
Or I guess "moon bats" like Thomas Jefferson.

Sfp has been a legal buffoon on constitutional matters for like 15 years on this board.

He’s as dedicated to being a contrarian as anyone else in the entire world, but unfortunately happens to not be good at it at all. It’s a very strange situation.

Was he a US citizen? Did he pass the citizenship test?

The hill they're dying on is the rule of law, Constitution, etc.
So, are you suggesting that our tax dollars pay to prove in court that someone who is clearly unlawfully residing in the United States in direct violation of 8 U.S. Code § 1325, is in violation of those constitutional federal laws, before our tax dollars then also pay to have those clearly unlawful immigrants removed from the US as well?
Seems very wasteful. If you are a lawful and legal resident of the USA, it is very easy to prove. If you cannot prove citizenship, you aren't a citizen. It doesn't take courts to make that distinction. It's common sense. And if you're not a citizen, then the constitutional rights afforded to all citizens do not apply to you.
That's a pretty well defined hill.

'Resident' is not the same as 'Citizen'.

And is exactly why I expressed this opinion. Executive Branch dealings on foreign policy are not subject tho that court. Trumps decisions for designating a group as terrorist, decisions of the illegals that happen to be criminals are not reviewable and the SC as you say tipped their hand. Regardless it has long been determined as far back as George Washington by the SC that the courts could GFT

Would you feel the same if you replaced Trump with Obama or AOC?
