Define "a lot".
You are always going to have a fringe group of functional retards that agree with someone like AOC. Just because she is a household name, does not mean that she will have any more power or influence than she does right now.
I suspect she will soon be ostracized from her own party when they come to grips with the fact that her shenanigans are painting a broad brush across her party. No way the Dems in leadership will allow this to continue and risk the destruction of the party. If I'm running as a Republican, I would link my Democratic opponent to AOC and describe the whole party as the party of AOC.
I doubt she get more votes, than she did in 1st campaign. She won her election mainly due to the incumbent distancing his self from his electorate. Stupid people voted for her and now that they know her better, I doubt "a lot" of them vote for her again.
