Anybody get creeped out hearing Tucker Carlson laugh when there is complete silence?

I like Tucker but I heard him on the radio as he joined a radio talk show as a guest and he started laughing while nobody else did. He laughed longer than usual while there was complete silence and gave me Pennywise vibes lol.

His laugh can frequently be an awkward form of forced. No doubt. Inauthentic / pompous. But, the pompous part I wager is calculated.. if over done.
