In a "60 Minutes" interview, Sterling debunked one of Giuliani's claims about illegitimate ballots, saying the president's lawyer showed a misleading clip to Georgia state senators despite having access to the full video.
You gonna reply to me why Sterling's video shows two different camera angles of different parts of the building while asserting the observers could see what was happening in the "under the table" video?
Answer: they couldn't see it because they were no where near where Sterling was insinuating they were. Why was Sterling being so misleading on 60 Minutes? He had access to the whole videos.

"From my point of view, they intentionally misled the state senators, the people of Georgia, and the people of the United States about this, to cause this conspiracy theory to keep going and keep the disinformation going, which has caused this environment that we're seeing today," Sterling said.
Ole boy Sterling is ate up with projection.

quote:What were the issues you reported?
My wife and I contacted his office the morning of the runoff to report issues in our precinct which, in turn, was also happening county wide
quote:What, if anything, is significant about 11 am?
Everyone voting in our precinct voting before 11 am were handed provisional ballots and told to write in.

Machines were not working. Poll workers stated they didn't have the correct code to unlock. We were handed a sheet of paper and told "there is your ballot". After turning that in, we were given a pamphlet explaining that our ballots were provisional.

At 11, the polls were all miraculously able to access their machines, which oddly enough coincided with them telling the first dozen people that they had already voted because "the machine said so".
The final investigation by the SOS office into their own management of the polls was very clear, nothing happened, there were no issues.
The synopsis whether you accept the SOS has no reason to lie or maybe I'm lying, the voting in Georgia on January 5 and November 3rd was a total fiasco. I dont get anything "lying" on this board or in my report to the SOS office, so I'm struggling at this point.

You don’t think people lie in affidavits? It’s easier for you to believe that THOUSANDS of people conspired to cheat trump, but a couple hundred can’t be paid to lie?

That wasn’t the question. The question was “are affidavits evidence?” The answer is yes. You are just struggling with the English language.

Remember when you quoted that republicans saying there was no evidence of antifa at the capitol as definitive? That worked out well for you.
You post whatever non-bogus sources you have that say there were antifa at the capitol and I'll try to refute your posts.
Don't let your baw pals on here down.

Im not struggling, lol. Just because someone signs an affidavit doesn’t make it “evidence” or the truth. If that were actually the case, 60+/- lawsuits wouldn’t have failed.
Because trump and his team PAID people to provide “evidence” of voter fraud, and all they got were a couple dozen useless affidavits, and, were laughed out of court.

No, actually they’re not.
Yikes. You may want to take an evidence 101 course.

I can sign an affidavit that I caught you watching midget porn, smoking a crack pipe, that don’t make it true
Of course, but an affidavit is signed under penalty of perjury. To claim they aren’t evidence is a statement of complete ignorance.
Is a dossier evidence? Yes or no?

Evidence and the truth are two separate things. Evidence isn’t proof. It’s evidence.

Keep on topic here, he asked of affidavits were evidence. The answer is no.
