First, it’s 60 Minutes.
Yeah if only it had come from Lin, Sidney, Rudy or the Donald himself, then it'd be absolutely unquestionably believable.
The Georgia election official Gabriel Sterling said Rudy Giuliani "lied" by presenting a deceptively edited video as evidence of election fraud.
In a "60 Minutes" interview, Sterling debunked one of Giuliani's claims about illegitimate ballots, saying the president's lawyer showed a misleading clip to Georgia state senators despite having access to the full video.
Georgia's secretary of state, Brad Raffensperger, who also appeared on "60 Minutes," said Giuliani "knows that what he said was not true."
Sterling said the president's team always had access to the complete video, but Giuliani presented the state senators only with the part showing cases being pulled out from under the table."Rudy Giuliani looked them in the eye and lied," he said.
"From my point of view, they intentionally misled the state senators, the people of Georgia, and the people of the United States about this, to cause this conspiracy theory to keep going and keep the disinformation going, which has caused this environment that we're seeing today," Sterling said.

So you think that the GA SOS would llie in under oath testimony to his own legislature?
Yes. Why sit in front of a stack of affidavits of people saying there was wrongdoing and not pull them in? Someone is going to "lie" in their testimony. Us commoners will crack under pressure if we are lying. That alone would have stopped anyone else in any other state from talking.
My wife and I contacted his office the morning of the runoff to report issues in our precinct which, in turn, was also happening county wide. By lunch time I had an email from their office saying it was investigating, but the issue was no longer occurring. The next day the report was issued that stated "there was never an issue". Everyone voting in our precinct voting before 11 am were handed provisional ballots and told to write in. The end of the day, no provisional ballots were reported. What do you say happened with our ballots? What do you think the SOS would say happened with our ballots, under oath, in front of the state legislators? There are two scenarios i will accept, neither is "he would tell the truth"

So you require indisputable proof before you support an investigation? If not, what level do you require?

Is the argument here “He lied because the video has an explanation for the suitcases” or “He didn’t show us the whole video! He saved us eight hours of our life!”

Are affidavits evidence? Yes or no?

Dude, even if there was 10 years, and $100mm spent on investigation, not one single trump fan will ever believe it.
It’s easier to believe THOUSANDS of people, all across America, both democrats and republicans, conspired to cheat their hero. And they say democrats are the stupid ones.

No, actually they’re not.
I can sign an affidavit that I caught you watching midget porn, smoking a crack pipe, that don’t make it true, or evidence of anything. The trump campaign offered to “pay” anyone for evidence of voter fraud. That’s all the motivation some of these folks need to sign affidavits.

This is not the case. Most accept the election but think that the process is not secure. Thats 2 different things.
The SOS state has done a piss poor job of defending the election. The SOS is so sorry that he needs a spokes person to defend an election that by his data was the most secure ever.
The Governor just hides behind what ever obscure rule he can find.
The Lt. Gov just goes around muscling other representatives not to say anything.
They made many mistakes and will continue to make the same mistakes which, unfortunately, will cost them their jobs in 2022.

All it took for me,and all it should take for anyone, was a GA Senate video someone had posted here. I can get to the link and their archives page but can't get it play. I don't know how much doubt could remain after viewing it.
And those that could did nothing. There is absolutely no GOOD reason for all of it to be ignored & tossed aside which is exactly what was done to every single Trump voter had done to them. I can now imagine what someone spitting in my face would feel like.

I would have to disagree. Most have not accepted the results of the election. Just look at this board as a sampling of what real life is like living in a red state. I hear it, every single day.

I'll rephase it. Most think that the election was not secure and believe cheating occurred, but accept that Biden will be president and there is nothing we can do about it right now. However, if state GOP continues the same path of sweeping under the rug, something will be done in 2022.
I only fight this because I dont believe SOS or any other GOP elected official. Maybe the election was secure but they certainly act like they a hiding or protecting something.
Absent of some investigation outside of SOS office, I will continue to believe the elections in Georgia are not secure.

That sounds like something a demprog would do.

Exactly. I vote here. I live here. I employ people in this state. I have the right to have confidence in the voting procedures in this state. What the GA Democrats have done (and the Secretary of State) is destroy that confidence. I suggest 4 soluations:1) a county such as Fulton cannot except donations from an outside source and spend that money (Zuckerberg). It must be turned over to the state and distributed equally or not accepted at all. 2) no more ballot boxes which have chain of custody issues 3) no more no excuse absentee voting 4) a true audit of every county’s voter rolls 5) end of early (month long voting). Maybe three days maybe a state holiday to allow voting 6) no same day registration/voting. We don’t have 6 yet but the Democrats in the GA house want this and of course that weakens integrity further.

I suspect that even those 66k minors wouldn’t have “standing” in front of Roberts to challenge this. What a scam.
Posted on 1/18/21 at 9:42 am to arseinclarse
Because your information source is not credible?

If somebody put it in a chart, you know it's true.

yes, because there were no suitcases, there were ballot storage bins and yes there is an explanation for the use of those bins.
quote:
“He didn’t show us the whole video! He saved us eight hours of our life!”
or this if he wasn't a liar trying to deceive gullible people, he could have shown the part where the workers are bringing in the EMPTY bins, he could have shown the part where the workers are taking the ballots off the table and storing them in the bins, because they thought they were done for the night, and storing them under the table, but instead he leaves all that out and just starts his video where they come back in and are taking the bins back out from under the table. Why did he edit his video that way?

Keep on topic here, he asked of affidavits were evidence.
The answer is no.
The answer is no.
