What purpose do they serve anyway? Shouldn't we have a white, brown, yellow, and red caucus as well?

They are not re-elected by happy working Black men, only mad, unemployed, government dependent Black men.

White or black, you can't get a decent job with tattoos all over your neck face and arms. Poor people love tattoos. Bad choices.
That's just one facet of the problem.
I have friends with businesses that can't find enough help. When they do many of the people quit within weeks. These are jobs where they could learn and grow but they aren't immediate satisfaction jobs. Instant gratification.
That's just one facet of the problem.
There are many sociological issues related to this challenge and skin tone/racism is just part of the equation and that part is shrinking year after year.
People have to make good choices.
I had a white guy tatted up trying to win some remodeling business was doing. He drove up in jacked up F250 that he spent 70k on. Bad choices.
The guy that got the job wasn't the cheapest but he had no tattoos and a plain white pickup and was clean.
Good choices.
I know there's much more to the story but it starts pretty simply.

mwade, do yourself a favor, look at black unemployment ....the day Obama took office...... NOT when it started to get fixed. And then look at it from the day he left.
Now ask yourself --- WHAT DID HE IMPROVE???? Answer - nothing.
His first two years black unemployment skyrocketed upwards , AND IT TOOK HIS LAST 6 ---just to get back to where he started..................... You think he deserves kudos for this?
Just for reference, Obama's first 8 years are all the fault of Bush, and every success of Trump is from Obarry's policies finally starting to kick in.

Now ask yourself --- WHAT DID HE IMPROVE???? Answer - nothing.

According to them, because Trump didn't give Obama proper credit for the low rate. However, I never heard him take credit for it either. It just looks like they don't like the unemployment rate in the black community low. I wonder why?
