It’s not hard, I started helping a friend who was making half a jar at a time out of a pressure cooker. That was way too small so we converted an 80 qt crawfish pot. All the info you need is online if you really want to do it.

I'm one of those guys who was raised in poverty and now that I've got money I cannot bring myself to spend more. I wear clothes and shoes till they have holes and the wife gripes about it.

I’ve tried but with two teen boys, my income has gone that direction. I have to look at it in a way that if we encounter some sort of doomsday scenario, I want them to have been able to enjoy their childhood as best they can first
