Supposedly, James Baker has been cooperating with Durham. They called him back recently for more questions. Some conservative blogs have said that if Barr didn't release information that they knew about on Friday, they would do it. Did not say what that information entailed. Barr being on Hannity was a preemptive declaration.

I was wondering if this announcement is related to the Conservative Treehouse's threat to release the "information" they have if something isn't done by today?

Not nearly as big as people think it will be.
Somebody working in the basement level of the FBI building will probably be indicted for failing to clean the coffee pot after they last used it. It'll be THAT riveting and exciting.

I think Lindsey Graham recently stating Christopher Wray was in the process of implementing big changes within the FBI to prevent any recurrence of the FISA abuses may be an indicator than nothing will be done. That is, nothing we want to see will happen.
I will be surprised if anybody is indicted or at least anybody significant.
