Talafrico will have to go back on Charlamagne the Frauds show to tell us how this is a travesty of justice. A white judge is not a capable of understanding the rights of black men in Texas.

So what. Being a racist is not illegal.
Being a MURDERER is.
No kidding. How is "but the dead guy was a racist" a defense in this case, even if true?
Assuming I remember the facts (maybe I don't?) and the "racist" guy that got stabbed and killed never made a threatening move (i.e. no self defense), didn't physically attack, young Anthony is a murderer; guilty.
Am I missing something?

He'll still get out before he's 40.

Hard to believe this is the sigh of relief to ensure some judges are still within their right minds. But justice was def served here. It was the right judgment anyway.

The suit he's wore to court with the GoFundMe money the family received is ridiculous. Usually not worth noting but this time I think it is.

According to the 404, it appears the victim may well have been a dumbfrick teenage racist, but KA is a murderer and he's done for on this one. He's lucky he didn't get life.

It was too hot tor his defenders to 'protest' last time. Maybe the plan is hope for better weather and amp up the pre-trail grift machine to intimidate Jury 2.0 and get him out?
I can't think like gutter rats.

Should've retried him and given him the death penalty.

Agreed. Some folks insist on being profoundly disrespectful.

Truth. He”s adult age now. With the text messages alone, he was going to get the chair for premeditated murder.
Just like the kid Mississippi, Black people can make a fortune off blaming white people. You would’ve thought this would’ve gone away with Smollett and the subway fiasco, but as long as the media perpetuates, the lies, people can make money off of blaming Whitey.

My hope is he never gets parole until he serves every day of his sentence

with a new trial, due to the unsealed evidence, he would probably be facing significantly more time in prison
Maybe his parents were pushing for it.
So they could scam up more money for more defense fees.
They didn't get a rich enough house or car the first time around.
And have more vacations they want to take.
