Dude you have to be kidding. I have literally fought with female champion BJJ black belts and MMA fighters. I've also seen many female Marines get absolutely smashed by they male counterparts in grappling and boxing. They are good and very technically competent at fighting and they don't stand a chance against an average sized semi-fit male. All the training in the world can't make up for a hundred+ lbs weight difference. I mean MAYBE a highly skilled striker like Holly Holm in her prime could score a knockout prior to getting grabbed, but that would be about the only chance.
