Also, the book of Enoch was not authored by Enoch. It was written thousands of years after Enoch will have lived and is believed to have been written over the course of centuries by various, unknown Jewish authors.
Your position is the book of Enoch which is referenced in the Dead Sea scrolls and was kept intact by the Ethiopian Christian Church was written thousands of years after Enoch?
It might’ve been recopied thousands of years after Enoch but I’d like to know what you base that on?

Methinks the person who killed the guy by trump tower did the same to Joshua.
Joshua didn’t have his phone with him before driving off to Florence, AL?
I smell abduction

I'm still saying we may have something akin to the "3 body problem", but I guess we would never know.

Oh god another one blaming the guys who do pancake breakfasts who also were the people who start almost all the college fraternities, and also run Shriners hospital and St. Jude.
Danny Thomas (1912–1991) was a renowned entertainer and the founder of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, who was initiated into Freemasonry in 1984. A 33° Scottish Rite Mason, he was an active member of the fraternity, which supported his philanthropic endeavors. His commitment to charity and "work of mercy" was heavily influenced by his Masonic affiliation.

Linguistic, historic, and cultural clues suggest not only was it written long after Enoch will have lived, but also that it was written by several different people. As I said, they were copying older stories, but this is plural. Not a single one. Everything in the text aligns with Second Temple Era Jewish thought. If it has been from the time from Enoch, or even copied from something from this timeframe, many elements of the text will have been different. Angelology, different script, and references in earlier biblical or Mesopotamian texts.
Instead this appears to be a pseudepigraphon - a work written under the name of a revered ancient figure (Enoch) to lend it authority. I mean, think about it, Enoch will have lived thousands of years before this book was written. Before the flood even, which, supposedly, nobody but Noah and his family survived, although this isn't really true since the Nephilim also survived, but I digress.
Enoch wasn't written by Enoch and likely wasn't even copied from anything Enoch personally wrote. But that doesn't mean that the book itself isn't worth reading or doesn't contain truth.

They were destroyed in the flood
This isn't true though. We know they survived for at least 2 reasons.
1. They were still around during the time of Moses (the book of Numbers 13:31-33 talks about Moses sending out spies to find good land to settle on and his spies come back warning of Nephilim).
2. Goliath was a descendent of the Nephilim. A Rephaim. Which means they must have survived the flood if they had descendants on Earth later on.

Not necessarily a fan of Perry. But I grew up in the denomination he came from and from all accounts he’s not a liar and a good guy.
He is saying the government had a meeting with top pastors telling them disclosure is coming and be ready to deal with the spiritual fall out.

Im not sure the Ethiopians who transcribed that text (one of the few copies that weren't destroyed) even had written language at the time of the story of Enoch so we are probably talking past each other a bit so let me clarify.
I'm just saying that the story itself wasn't being made up thousands of years after the events happened even if the copy and as a result the tense of the remaining work we see today suggests that their version of it was being recorded after the fact. The text is referred to by other sources throughout earlier history in a way that suggests it certainly predates the Ethiopian copy.
Please allow as well that I'm not by any means a historian on the text itself and am mostly focused on:
-why it was hidden/destroyed
-what it contains
-how it can be understood within the framework of both mainstream Christian teachings and parallel thinking such as the Law of One which I think intersects in a way I've yet to fully grasp, much yet be able to convey

There was a time when I would’ve laughed off a video like that.
Now? Nope. It’s more believable.

Right. This will have passed down by oral tradition for a long time until the Book of Enoch was finally written out sometime around the time of Christ. Enoch himself will have lived thousands of years before then.

Yes. About a week ago.

When deputies arrived at approximately 11:02 a.m., they encountered a male subject outside a residence holding a weapon.
The man then used the weapon on himself. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man wasn’t suicidal, but the report indicates he shot himself in front of witnesses. So is there some kind of mind control here?
