the tax cut was "irresponsible"

“Far too many have suffered the consequences of global warming in recent months, and the political response has so far been woefully inadequate—and the denial is just evil,”

She's donating her company's tax cut money to fighting global warming

Well the money is there to do whatever, I guess. I’m sure her employees would rather it trickle down, but if she can get them on board that they are saving the world then ok.

I am enjoying my crumbs.

So let me get this straight....her company receives a tax cut. But instead of passing that on to the employees or her customers...she uses it to virtue signal.

If I were an employee or board member, i'd be pissed.

another story said ":Outdoor Clothing Giant Patagonia CEO Rose Marcario Pledges Her Entire Company To The 'Resistance' Of President Trump"

Basically not the first CEO to voice that if you want to work for them, you will adhere to leftist politics.

I guess they are still going to treat their tax savings as a charitable donation and thus push that deduction into 2019 vs taking the savings in 2018.
