No, they shouldn't.
I'm tired of typing these words: the market is hyoer sensitive to any news that affects it. Whether responding up or down, thats what the market has always done.
It wont be long, it'll bounce back.

Trump is adjusting our ecomonic policies that are out of date and need to be changed. There is no longer a need for the Marshall Plan. There is no need for America to prop up the rest of the world.

There is a need to restructure economic policy so that its advantageous to America. We need to bring back manufacturing to increase GDP, provide jobs, and improve our national security.

Point me to where, in the right wing media or otherwise, they discussed - before the election- the Trump Stock Market Crash that we are currently witnessing before our eyes

You're being obtuse and dramatic. Trump told you there would be a trade reset. Don't blame him because you couldn't figure out what that would mean in the short term.

And you think thats what is happening.

Investors are freaking out because his roll out was a lie based on false information and handled on a strictly amateur level.

They have lost confidence in your dear leader

The dishonesty is amazing.

MAGA melted in late 2024 when I said the midterms would be an issue because we were likely to see economic issues following the Trump/Biden Covid policies, and they yelled that we would see no such thing because of Trump and I was showing "TDS" for mentioning the R-word.

Now, you're arguing that Trump's position in the election was actually telling his voters that he was intentionally creating a recession, but he used super coded language that, apparently, his fanbase didn't understand.

This may somehow be dumber than your comment about how the Executive has the Constitutional function of tariffs

8/9/24:
“Starting on day one, we will end inflation and make America affordable again, to bring down the prices of all goods.”

quote:

8/14/24
“Under my administration, we will be slashing energy and electricity prices by half within 12 months, at a maximum 18 months”

“Prices will come down. You just watch: They’ll come down, and they’ll come down fast, not only with insurance, with everything.”

quote:

“Starting the day I take the oath of office, I will rapidly drive prices down and we will make America affordable again. We’re going to make it affordable again.”

quote:

8/17/24“We will bring our auto-making industry to the record levels of 37 years ago, and we’ll be able to do it very quickly through tariffs and other smart use of certain things that we have that other countries don't.”

quote:

9/29/24
“Starting on day one, we will end inflation and make America affordable again. We’ll do that. We’ve got to bring it down.”

quote:

1/5/25 “We’re going to have prices down- I think you’re going to see some pretty drastic price reductions.”

Plain language that appealed to his voters. And if this is short term, how will that bring back manufacturing?
