Those are crimes without new laws. My only point is that I’m not sure doxxing includes posting public info about public people. If so all home owners are being doxxed daily by their local assessor.

No sir. Doxing is always illegal, whether it is done against a federal employee, a state employee, or a regular person. There are federal and state laws that specifically address doxing government employees. With regular citizens, doxing falls under various state criminal laws, such as stalking, cyberstalking, harassment, threats, and other such laws, depending on the state.
Stop defending these POS who are doing for the purpose of HARM to people they don't agree with.

Sharing public record doesn’t cross the line for me.
Calling for violence against him or acting violently towards him should he met with harsh harsh penalty.

Actually. Yes.
We need to get COMPLETELY out of this "harassment" approach to politics because it only escalates and eventually, someone is going to get JUSTIFIABLY shot over it.
People need to realize that there are families involved and just because you don't like someone's politics doesn't mean you should be creating potentially dangerous situations for their families.
Giving out phone numbers may not cause that particular problem, but it's still nothing but harassment and, I think we need to get COMPLETELY out of that business. Office numbers of congress critters? Yeah. OK. Personal shite? No
