I don't work with hundreds of old people so this is anecdotal but it also jives with what I've read on the topic as I prepare. I'm living through this with a parent, and losing their filter is one of the progressions. Think about all the times you start to get pissed off but you reign it in; people with dementia gradually lose that impulse. My mom can go from zero to throwing shite over nothing, and she was never like that. 10 seconds later she's back to zero. That's Biden.
Anybody who's dealt with dementia can look at the turnip and know exactly what's going on. And there are people close to him who've known for a long time and they still put him up to this. Evil bastards.

It's an attempt to change something, anything, in order to reverse the downward trend of his approval ratings and the larger image of Democrats failures.

A 70 year old woman trying desperately to look 30. Cheated on her first husband with Joe. Insists on being called “Doctor” when all she has is an Ed.D. Spent 8 years as 2nd Lady of the United States behind a Sasquatch.
She wants what’s due to her, dammit. And to her, that means being First Lady (and all the attendant media arse-kissing that comes with it). No matter what the cost.
So yeah. By any objective standard, she’s pretty terrible.
